We need the following attested documents from our esteemed Client/Company to go with workers deploying.
Letter from employer to Morgen Global HR Consultancy(P) Ltd, mentioning number of workers required in each categories with monthly salaries, period of contract , duty hours, food, accommodation, medical facilities, insurance, air passage and all other amenities to the workers.
Power of Attorney
A letter issued by the employer authorizing to Morgen Global HR Consultancy (P) Ltd. to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all the necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the related department of the Government of Nepal.
This agreement is made between the Employer and the Employees on the company letterhead stating clearing all the terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Nepal.
Guarantee & Undertaking
This letter should be issued by the employer addressing to Director General, Department of Labour, Tahachal, Kathmandu, Nepal that the workers will be working in the same country and company mentioned in the Demand Letter, and they will not be sent to work in any other country.
Inter Party Agreement
This agreement is made by both parties stating clearly that all the term and conditions regarding recruitment how should be followed.
Letter of Guarantee
A formal letter to Director General, Department of labour, Tahachal, Kathmandu,Nepal that the employer will be fully responsible to the everything mentioned over the Demand Letter.
